We were honored to have Mr Sergio Garcia celebrate his spectacular victory at The Player's Championship on Sunday at Jacksonville's best Irish Pub. Indeed, we are now adopting Sergio as an honorary Irishman and will give him the key to the bar anytime he visits Jax Beach in the future. Bravo Sergio!

Guinness Jacksonville Irish Festival

Guys, look at this event as something like a Saint Patrick's Day on steroids. Add into the mix the top bands from the US and Ireland staged in a relaxed and secure setting and wash it down with our sponsor's favorites namely; Guinness, Bushmills and Baileys and what have you got? In our opinion we have one of the best celebrations of Irish culture in the country and that's no BS. So get motivated and buy your tickets early either online, (www.jaxirishfest.com) or at any of the fine establishments who are community-minded enough to participate. A good time is guaranteed!

If you spend your St. Patrick's Day at any establishment other than Lynch's you are either; a poser, confused, lame, or simply not Irish! This is according to a recent study compiled by current students at UNF,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and who are we to argue?

We are Brilliant! It's official.

Call us conceited, which we are, but Lynch's Irish Pub has just been given the accolade of "Best Pint of Guinness" by stout drinkers of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. The official results will be posted in a couple of days but by all accounts it was a landslide. Nice! This tops off another fine year with our "dump" being voted best Pub/Bar or Tavern by Water's Edge and Folio Weekly readers and also having received similar awards from Beeradvocate and Pubcrawler.com. We are very upset, however, that we didn't win the Beaches Leader award but intend to rectify that in 08 by offering Bingo nightly. Snarffums........................
